Keep a machine's manual, photos and how-to videos

Write how to use it, and keep its manual, photos, a YouTube how-to and the maker's page together on the machine.

  1. Open Business → Assets & Equipment and open the machine.
  2. Under About, tap Write and put down how to use it in your own words: how to start it, what to watch for, who to call.
  3. Tap Add and choose what you are adding: a Photo (upload or take one), a Manual (a PDF up to 5 MB, or a photo of the page), a YouTube video, or a Link.
  4. For a video, paste the link from the video's Share button. It plays on the page when someone taps it.
  5. Everything shows as equal tiles. Tap a tile to open it; a manager or admin can rename or remove it from the corner buttons.
