Remind a customer what they owe

A polite WhatsApp or SMS listing what a customer owes, written for you to check and send from your own phone.

1. Open Business → Money Owed and stay on Owed to you.
2. Under the customer's name, tap Remind on WhatsApp, or SMS. The message names your farm, the total and the oldest five items with their dates.
3. It opens in your phone's own app — read it, change it if you like, and send it. Famu sends nothing itself.
4. No WhatsApp button? The customer's number needs to be a full mobile number; SMS works with any number.
