Delete your account

Erase your account and personal details for good. Your farm’s records stay with the farm.

1. Open Profile (the person icon, top right) and scroll to the bottom.
2. Tap Delete account — nothing happens yet; it first shows you what you would lose.
3. Read the list. If you are the only person in a farm, that farm closes too, so download anything you still want first.
4. If you are the only admin of a farm where others still work, pick who takes over — they become the admin in your place and are emailed to say so, so nobody is locked out.
5. Type your own email address in the box, then tap Delete my account and confirm.
6. Your name, phone and photo are erased and you are signed out. You cannot sign in again, and this cannot be undone.
7. The records you entered stay with the farm — they belong to the farm — but your name on them becomes “Deleted account”.
