Find older records on a long list

Every list shows a page at a time, newest first. The controls at the bottom get you to the rest.

1. A list shows the 10 most recent records first — the older ones are not gone, they are on the next page.
2. Use the arrows at the bottom right of the list to step back and forward. It tells you which page you are on and how many records there are in total.
3. Want more on screen at once? Change "Rows per page" at the bottom left to 25, 50, 100 — or All.
4. Looking for one particular record? Search or filter first, then page through what is left — it is far quicker than paging through everything.
5. The notification bell works the same way: its own arrows step back through older messages.
