Pay by the crate, not by the day
Work paid by how much was done — crates picked, lines weeded, birds caught. Quantity times rate.
- Open Business → Attendance & Payroll and tap Add beside Piece work.
- Pick the worker and say what the job was.
- Enter how much they did, the unit, and the rate for one — what the job earns fills in.
- Agreed a lump sum for the job? Type it as the total and Famu works out the rate.
- Link it to a batch or planting if you want to see what that record cost in labour.
