Put your milestones on your own Google Calendar

Your targets as all-day events in your own calendar, kept up to date as they change.

1. Open Integrations and tap Connect Google Calendar. It is your own account, not the farm’s — each person connects their own.
2. On a planting, batch or animal, open Milestones and tap Sync to my calendar. Every milestone still to come goes on your calendar.
3. One milestone at a time: tap Calendar on its row. A tick and “On my calendar” mean Famu has put it there.
4. On the Milestones page, the buttons at the top put the whole farm’s own targets — the ones that belong to no record — on your calendar.
5. Each one becomes an all-day event on its target date, with a reminder at 5pm the day before and a link back to the record.
6. The event follows the record: change the date or the name and it moves, mark it achieved and it reads “✓ achieved”, cancel or delete it and it comes off. A missed one is left where it is.
7. New milestones are added for you from now on. To stop that, untick “Automatically add new milestones to my calendar” under Integrations.
8. Tap Remove from my calendar to take them off again. Your teammates’ calendars are their own — what you remove goes only from yours.
