Record an expense paid in pieces

Agree the whole amount, then record each payment as you make it. Famu counts the paid pieces, never the agreed total.

1. Record the expense with the full agreed amount.
2. Open it and add a payment for what you have actually paid.
3. Add each further payment as it happens.
4. What you still owe shows on the expense.
