How a spray comes off the store
A spray or fertiliser recorded on a planting takes from the store by itself — when the product is in the store and the amount converts.
- Put the product in the store first: Stock → Add an item → Spray or fertiliser.
- Record the spray on the planting as usual. Under Qty used the form says what will happen before you save.
- "Takes 150 g … out of the store" means it will come off. Grams become kilograms and ml become litres exactly.
- If it says the amount will not come off, the unit does not convert — kg against a bottle counted in litres, or a cap. Change the unit.
- Sprays dated before the day you started counting that item never come off it: what you found on the shelf already includes them.
- Drugs, supplies and packaging are counted by hand, because a treatment record has no quantity to subtract.
