Record a machine's make, model and fuel

What it is and what it runs on: make, model, year, warranty, diesel or petrol, tank size, and who looks after it.

1. Open Business → Assets & Equipment, open the machine and tap Edit (or tap Add for a new one).
2. Open "Make, model & warranty": the make, the model, the year it was made, who sold it and when the warranty ends. All optional.
3. Open "Power & fuel" and choose what it runs on. Pick Fuel engine and the fuel fields appear: the fuel (diesel, petrol… or type your own), what the tank holds, and roughly how much it uses an hour or per km.
4. Open "Who uses it": the enterprise it works for and who looks after it. Costs you record from its page start out tagged with that enterprise.
5. Save. The machine's page shows it all on one card, with the warranty turning amber in its last two months.
