Let managers or workers record through their AI

At first only admins can let an AI change records. Give another role Make changes under Connect your own AI.

1. Open Users & Roles and tap the Roles tab.
2. Pick the role — Manager, Worker or one of your own.
3. Under Connect your own AI, tick Enabled (to connect at all) and Make changes.
4. Each person still has to tick Allow changes on their own app, and their AI can only change what that role can.
5. Untick Make changes to take it back: their apps go back to only reading at the next try.
