Monthly salary or day rate?
Every worker is paid one of two ways, and it decides what a payroll run pays them. Most people are on a monthly salary.
- Open Business → Attendance & Payroll and tap the pencil beside a worker's name.
- Monthly salary: a flat agreed figure. Most farm workers are on this, and it is what a new worker gets unless you change it.
- Day rate: paid for the days you mark on the grid — for casuals and seasonal hands.
- Enter the figure and save. Days already marked keep the rate they were marked at.
