Record eggs collected

Daily collection per layer batch, which becomes lay rate and eggs per bird.

1. Open Poultry → Egg Log.
2. Pick the layer batch.
3. Enter how many eggs, and how many were cracked or dirty.
4. The lay rate updates on the batch page.
