Give a worker a statement of what they owe for items
Print, save or WhatsApp one item, or all of a worker's items: the cost, what came off their pay, and what is left.
- For one item: open Business → Workers → Items on credit, tap the item, then Statement.
- For everything a worker owes: pick the worker on Items on credit and tap Statement, or tap Items statement on the worker's own page. From one item's statement, All items switches to the lot.
- Each item shows its cost, each amount paid back and where it came from — the payment it was taken from, cash, mobile money, bank or savings — and the balance after each one. A statement of all items adds the total left and any savings the farm holds for the worker, which are not taken off what is owed.
- Paid off and written off items are left out unless you tick Include paid off and written off.
- Choose Full page for an A4 sheet, or Receipt printer for a slip — then 80mm or 58mm to match your printer's paper roll.
- Tap Print or PDF; both end in a line for the worker to sign. Share sends it on WhatsApp or SMS to the worker's number, Copy as text, or on a phone Send the PDF to any app.
- Nothing is saved: a statement is made from the items as they are now, so print a new one after the next deduction.
