Ask about sales and spending on WhatsApp

Ask the Famu chat what you sold or spent — this week, this month, last month, this year. With no period, the last 30 days.

1. Send "Sales this month?" or "What did I sell last week?". It sends the total, what was received, what is still owed, the kinds of sale and the top buyers.
2. Send "What did I spend this year?". It sends the total by category and the biggest items.
3. Name the period in your words: today, yesterday, this week, last week, this month, last month, this year, last year. Name none and it uses the last 30 days.
4. Send "Who owes me money?" for each customer who owes, oldest first.
5. Sales need a role that can see sales, and spending a role that can see expenses. Otherwise it says your role cannot see them.
