Find a note again
Search every note at once — part of a word is enough — or tap an enterprise or tag to narrow the list.
- Open Notes in the menu. Pinned notes are at the top, then the newest.
- Type in the search box. Part of a word is enough — toma finds tomatoes — and chickens finds notes tagged Poultry.
- Tap an enterprise chip, or General for notes about no enterprise in particular.
- Tap a #tag chip, or a tag on any note, to see only the notes with that tag. Tap it again to clear it.
- Tap a note’s title to open it. Use the pin, pencil or bin on the card to pin, edit or delete it, if your role allows.
