Let workers use the WhatsApp assistant
Admins and managers can use the WhatsApp assistant at first. Give another role WhatsApp assistant on the Roles page.
- Open Users & Roles and tap the Roles tab.
- Pick the role — Worker, or one of your own.
- Under WhatsApp assistant, tick Enabled.
- Each person then connects their own WhatsApp, and the assistant can only see and record what that role can.
- Untick it to take it back: they can no longer connect, and anyone already connected can still disconnect.
